![]() Uninstall AMD Chipset Software in control panel (if there is none, skip it.),.So my "F*** Capcom" attitude has recessed and I'm just back to square one of having no clue what is causing this.įiddled around with all the graphics settings in both games ![]() Except I don't believe that RE engine is exactly the problem because I've also gotten this problem in Monster Hunter World (made with RE Engine's predecessor) but NOT in Devil May Cry 5 (which WAS made with RE Engine). I wrote it off with RE8, thinking that my PC just didn't like it, but then I tried the Monster Hunter Rise demo (a game also made with the RE Engine) and then, as you can see in the video, I got the same exact problem. I don't think my hardware is straight up broken I can run RDR2, a fully modded Skyrim, Deathloop, Elden Ring, and Baldur's Gate 3 pretty smoothly and if there are problems in any game there is nothing like this. With pretty much no deviation I would get these constant frame rate drops to "40fps" (feels like a complete freeze honestly) even though I'd be hitting 60fps easily otherwise. So I initially had this problem with RE8 - I'm pretty sure I tested literally every single option in the video menu to no avail. Games mentioned all installed on a Crucial MX500 ssd
